TEAM IM has worked with its growing list of customers to add the availability of Dropbox Sign digital signatures to more tools in Procore. As we gain experience in how our customers use Dropbox Sign for Procore we have learned that that customers use Procore Construction Management and eSignature technology in many different ways.
Some customers use Procore for all projects, some customers only use Procore for their more complex projects that have many stakeholders. Some customers only use the Project Management tools in Procore leaving financial commitments to the ERP system. For those customers that use the ERP system to manage orders and commitments, often it makes sense to have stakeholders sign Correspondence or RFI's or Submittals as supporting paperwork to those orders.

TEAM IM has listened to customer feedback and responded by adding Dropbox Sign eSignature capability to an increasing number of these Project Management tools. We currently support eSignature for the following Procore tools:
- Commitments (Work Order, Purchase Order, Change Order)
- Prime Contracts (Contracts, Change Order)
- Invoices
- Submittals
- RFI's
- Meetings (via a Dropbox Sign template)
- Inspections
- Observations
- Correspondence
Dropbox Sign for Procore helps you become more efficient by allowing your Procore users to select artifacts created by the above tools to be generated and sent for signature without having to leave Procore. Signatories automatically receive notifications and reminders to sign the document digitally. Once all signatories have signed, the fully executed version is automatically saved back into Procore, ensuring your record keeping is always consistent which in turn makes project close out significantly simpler. The integration allows for multiple documents and attachments and will track and display whose signature is still outstanding.
TEAM IM is working closely with the Procore product management team to add support for more and more tools (currently working on Incidents and Daily logs), as well as constantly improving the overall ease of use and features of the integration.
We have also added Single Sign on and pass through authentication capabilities by implementing OAuth adding this option to the existing API-key based integration. oAuth provides additional layers of security and importantly also maintains the identity of the Procore signature requestor in Dropbox Sign thus improving traceability and audit.
TEAM IM will continue to add support for more tools and make improvements to the integration functionality as we continue to receive great feedback and suggestions from our customers, and the Procore product team makes more tools and capabilities available for the integration to leverage.
Customers can either use an existing Dropbox Sign subscription or choose one that meets their needs. We support per request packages with Standard and Premium Features.
Lastly, with Dropbox Sign, there are no hidden or surprise costs. You pay per signature request and the higher the volume the lower the per unit price. Dropbox Sign pricing is favorable compared to the competition and at TEAM IM will always endeavor to secure the most competitive pricing available. We will even match or better any written competitor quote.
