Dropbox Sign for Greenhouse: Unveiling New Features

1. Preview before Send (Embedded Requesting)

The first feature we’re introducing is the ability to preview offer letters and all attachments prior to sending the signature request. This feature ensures that all necessary information is included and formatted correctly before it reaches the candidate. 2. (Dropbox) Document Template Support

Next, we’re rolling out support for Dropbox document signature templates. This feature allows you to leverage pre-existing templates in Dropbox (as opposed to using Greenhouse templates) for offer letters and attachments, saving time and ensuring consistency across all documents. This feature was requested by several clients as they prefer to manage their templates in Dropbox allowing for a professional and uniform appearance in their communications.

3. OAuth-based Single Sign-On (SSO)

We’re also implementing OAuth-based Single Sign-On (SSO). This feature maintains the requestor’s identity from the Greenhouse user in Dropbox Sign, providing a seamless user experience. It simplifies the login process and enhances security by eliminating the need for multiple sets of credentials.
