A Closer Look into TEAM IM's Recent EPICM Migration

TEAM IM recently completed an EPICM Migration for our global financial services customer which included migrating over 20 million content revisions across all four of their environments. This migration was critical for our customer as they rely on the strength and security of the Oracle WebCenter Suite and their content management system.

The customer is a global financial services company that provides credit ratings and related research, data analysis, quantitative credit risk measures, and risk analysis and scoring, and credit portfolio management solutions. 

TEAM IM was entrusted to install, configure, and migrate all of their content from their four environments to new environments in order to meet compliance requirements. The migration was completed just under two months and involved the VP of Software Engineering, DBAs, and AVPs on the customer side as well as a Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Solution Engineers on the TEAM IM side. The migration was done alongside additional support to ensure business could proceed and any new bugs, issues, or enhancements could be completed while migrating the content revisions.

Not only was the project delivered successfully but TEAM IM was able to come in on time and under budget to complete the efforts. The customer was thrilled with the delivery and partnership TEAM IM provided and continued the partnership by securing support through 2025.
