Improving residents Jury process with eForms

TEAM IM recently worked with a client, a large city, who wanted to optimize the paper forms process for their residents. The optimization of these existing forms to eForms would take place on an incremental basis and include everything from fishing licenses to Jury forms.

After understanding the client’s needs and their use of M-Files, TEAM IM recommended the frevvo eForms platform. TEAM IM worked with the customer and their IT partner to design, build and support the go live activities associated with the eForms initiative.

In under a month, the client and IT partner were able to successfully convert and deploy the initial phase which include Jury forms.
