Continuous Improvement Projects
Release Management Service TEAM IM designed a comprehensive plan to enhance the release management and change management processes for Fulton Hogan's M-Files based systems. The project aimed to improve the stability of the production environment, optimize release frequency, and reduce the effort and time involved in the release process. This initiative was critical for Fulton Hogan as it transitioned from a project and development phase to a business-as-usual phase, aiming to increase process maturity and reduce release-related outages.
Transmittal Management Dashboard This project aimed to enhance Fulton Hogan's M-Files interface by incorporating a management dashboard. The dashboard allows users to easily view project transmittals and their relationships with other documents in an intuitive interface. This initiative was vital for Fulton Hogan as it aimed to streamline correspondence management and improve user experience to compete with other off-the-shelf construction management products.
ISO27001 Information Classification The ISO27001 Compliance project focused on configuring the M-Files vaults to incorporate ISO27001 information classification measures as part of a pilot program aimed at ensuring compliance and improving information security practices.
Package (Tender) Management & Document Exchange This project aimed to enhance Fulton Hogan's package management and document exchange processes by integrating M-Files and M-Connect to streamline the Request for Information (RFI) and tender management processes. This initiative helped improve efficiency, collaboration, and compliance at Fulton Hogan for its tender management and document exchange processes.
Upcoming Continuous Improvement Projects
Generative AI Trial Fulton Hogan is looking for TEAM IM to run a trial evaluating Copilot and M-Files Aino in the M-Files environment. This initiative is fundamental for Fulton Hogan as it explores the potential of AI to improve efficiency and decision-making processes. The project will assess their capabilities to enhance productivity, respect security, and the potential impact on the technical infrastructure. By comparing their features, integration capabilities, and user feedback, Fulton Hogan can determine which tool best aligns with their strategic goals and technological infrastructure.
ArcGIS Integration with M-Files and Inspection Management TEAM IM is working with Fulton Hogan to integrate the ArcGIS system with their M-Files and M-Field (Inspection Management) systems. The project will focus on enabling testing data from M-Field to flow into ArcGIS, allowing users to view documents and other data in M-Files directly from ArcGIS. This integration aims to save users time on manual data entry and provide a valuable location-based overview of quality assurance tasks performed at job sites.
